Who are we?

We are Emma and Ross and a warm welcome to Skills Ability Weymouth or what we like call SAW! We can't wait to open our new Centre in September this year - offering real life training and work experience to a wide range of learners. Working closely with our partners at Westfield Arts College, Tumbledown Farm, Dorset County Hospital and Weymouth Football Club (to name just a few!) we aim to help young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities achieve their ambitions and thrive in the workplace!

Our small team are passionate about supporting young people to flourish! With many years of experience both in education and in local industry our aim is to ensure every learner at SAW feels confident in their chosen workplace.
